That’s exactly where our project in Bremen comes in: for a renowned automotive manufacturer, we implemented a latest-generation, overhead-guided wheel-bolt system – engineered to fit seamlessly into the workflow while setting the highest standards.
What you don’t see at first glance
During tightening, a system is working in the background that truly thinks ahead: it reliably identifies the vehicle model and wheel type to apply the correct torque. And of course, the relevant process values for every tightening cycle are monitored and documented. The result is a process you can trust – with electronic quality assurance built in.
Why “overhead-guided” is more than a design detail
The solution comes from above – and that makes a real difference day to day: more freedom of movement at the workstation, a tidier environment, and a system designed to be maintenance-friendly. The outcome is a production setup that’s not only more efficient, but also more ergonomic.
